Why IPAD Mini update keep asking me to accept terms and conditions

Hello,

I just updated my IOS on my mini and I should have known this was a bad idea, after what the last update did to itunes.

Anyway, I've updated it and - in true apple style - it had difficulty finding the only wifi i have been using since I bought it - I managed to skip past that and set it up from Settings, but then it asked me whether I could agree to the new cloud terms and conditions, which i dutifully did.

then 10 mins later, it asked me again. So I agreed again.

15 mins later, another request to agree to the terms and conditions. I agreed again.

Now ... again .. is there any way I can go back to the old version - that worked fine.

Can someone please suggest how I can agree to the terms and conditions for once and all?
